NOVO-OGAREVO. Oct 16 (Interfax) - The peak of arms deliveries from Russian defense industrial producers has been left behind, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.
"The peak of shipments of weaponry under the State Defense Order has essentially passed, but in some areas this is not quite the case, as the process of passing the peak is close to completion, but not over," Putin said at a meeting dedicated to a financial rehabilitation program for Russian defense companies.
