MOSCOW. Oct 16 (Interfax) - American diplomats, who were removed from a Nyonoksa-Severodvinsk train, were on an official travel, they had properly notified the Russian Defense Ministry about that, the U.S. embassy in Moscow told Interfax on Wednesday.
"The American diplomats were on official travel and had properly filed a travel notification with the Ministry of Defense," spokesperson of the U.S. embassy Rebecca Ross said.
