MOSCOW. Oct 17 (Interfax) - Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has described the style of the letter sent by U.S. President Donald Trump to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the day Turkey started its operation in northern Syria as unusual.
"Such language is rarely used in correspondence between chiefs of state. A highly unusual letter," Peskov said.
