MOSCOW. Oct 25 (Interfax) - The opening of a Russian military base in the Central African Republic (CAR) was not discussed by the presidents of Russia and the CAR, Vladimir Putin and Faustin-Archange Touadera, at their talks, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Touadera said earlier that his country was considering the opening of a Russian military base in its territory.
Hence, Interfax asked Peskov whether the issue was discussed at the recent talks between the two presidents.
"No," Peskov said.
