Moscow concerned by U.S. program to make cruise missiles which can be launched from MK-41 VLS

MOSCOW. Oct 29 (Interfax) - Russia is seriously concerned by the United States' program to make cruise missiles which can be launched from the MK-41 Vertical Launch System (VLS), Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said.

"We can see the U.S. rolling out a program for the production of cruise missiles - they've already tested one - using the MK-41 VLS," Grushko told journalists in Moscow on Tuesday.

This raises "serious concern" in Russia, he said.
