MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - A positive attitude to the first meeting of the Syrian Constitutional Committee in Geneva has been expressed at the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with permanent members of the Russian Security Council, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
"A positive opinion on the inaugural meeting of the Syrian Constitutional Committee, which took place in Geneva yesterday, was expressed at the meeting," Peskov said.
"The hope was expressed that this body will keep working without any pressure coming from third states. The future of Syria must be determined by Syrians," he said.
