MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Head of the North America Affairs Department of the North Korean Foreign Ministry and Director of the Institute for American Studies Jo Chol Su has no plans to meet with U.S. Special Envoy for North Korea Mark Lambert, the North Korean embassy in Moscow told Interfax.
"Such a meeting is not scheduled," an embassy official said.
As reported, Jo and Lambert will both be visiting Moscow this week; both of them are expected to attend the Moscow Nonproliferation Conference.
