KYIV. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed heads of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in several of the country's regions, and in Crimea, Russia.
The relevant decrees were published on the head of state's official website.
Anatoliy Denysenko will lead the SBU chief in the Vinnytsia region, Pavlo Daniukov in Volyn, Serhiy Zayets in Ivano-Frankivsk, Yevhen Borzilov in Poltava, Yuriy Boreichuk in Ternopil, and Serhiy Kryvoruchko in Kherson. Also on Thursday, the president dismissed SBU chief in the Dnipro region, Andriy Oliynyk.
The president also appointed an SBU chief for Crimea. "To appoint Yevhen Volodymyrovych Netuzhylov as head of the SBU Main Directorate in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea," the decree reads.
