MOSCOW. Nov 8 (Interfax) - Russia does not intend to join the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW, or the Nuclear Weapon Ban Treaty), Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"I would like to reiterate with full responsibility that Russia does not intend to join this treaty," Lavrov said at the Moscow Nonproliferation Conference on Friday.
