MOSCOW. Nov 8 (Interfax) - Russia will respond symmetrically to the deployment of intermediate-range missiles by the United States, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"As the U.S. has already begun building ground-launched shorter- and intermediate-range missiles, we will respond symmetrically as President Putin warned," Lavrov said at the Moscow Nonproliferation Conference on Friday.
