MOSCOW. Nov 11 (Interfax) - The Russian side has not had any contacts with Evo Morales, who has stepped down as Bolivian president, and he did not seek asylum in the Russian Federation, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"There were contacts neither with Mr. Morales, nor with his representatives. As for asylum, no one sought asylum," Peskov said when asked whether Moscow is ready to grant Morales asylum and whether any contacts are planned to discuss this.
