NUR-SULTAN. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin has said he regrets that cooperation in space exploration with Ukraine was discontinued, adding that he would be glad to resume it.
"You perfectly understand that people who work in these spheres certainly have strong feelings of nostalgia and would like to work together again. And I'd like to say that when we conducted the last launch of a Soyuz FG rocket... I said so immediately after the launch, thanking Ukrainian specialists who ensured the operation of the Ukrainian control system on this rocket. We saw tears in the eyes of these usually somber and serious experienced specialists who thought that at this point this cooperation would be discontinued," Rogozin told reporters in Nur-Sultan on Tuesday.
"If the situation changes in the political sense one day and we can again resume cooperation - here's my personal opinion about this - I'd be very glad," he said.
