DONETSK. Nov 12 (Interfax) - The Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on Ukraine gathered in Minsk on Tuesday to discuss terms of ceasefire, the process of disengagement of forces and hardware, and the special status of Donbas, the Foreign Ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic said in a statement.
"Another meeting of the Contact Group has begun in Minsk; issues pertaining to the activity of its subgroups are on the agenda," the statement said.
The entire agenda of the security subgroup is dedicated to "the implementation of ceasefire, the elimination of violations in the areas where disengagement has been accomplished, and the related issue, namely, an addition to the Framework Decision," it said.
Meanwhile, the economic subgroup focused on elaborating a mechanism for repaying Ukraine's debt to railroad and Voda Donbasa employees and pensions.
"Aspects of the special status of Donbas and its formalization in the Ukrainian constitution are the core activity of negotiating parties in the political subgroup. As planned, the humanitarian subgroup is not holding a meeting," the statement said.
