KYIV. Nov 12 (Interfax) - - The humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on Donbas could meet by video link, the Ukrainian side said.
"Because today's meeting in Minsk of the humanitarian subgroup failed to go ahead, the Ukrainian side insisted that the subgroup hold a videoconference tomorrow, November 13," Darka Olifer, press secretary for Ukraine's TCG Representative Leonid Kuchma, wrote on Facebook.
