YEREVAN. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Yerevan and Baku are not maintaining talks on a concrete document regarding the Karabakh crisis settlement, spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Anna Nagdalyan said.
"The peace process is ongoing without any messing around. I want to confirm that the sides are not maintaining talks on any concrete document," Nagdalyan told the Radio Liberty Armenian service.
She added that she does not want to comment "on the enthusiasm or optimism of the Azerbaijani foreign minister in connection with the peace process."
On Monday, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stressed some progress in the talks on the settlement of the Karabakh crisis with Armenia.
The Armenian policy regarding the Karabakh settlement is not always comprehensible, he added.
