Whelan angry about not being allowed to attend court hearing in person

MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - Paul Whelan, a citizen of the U.S., Canada, Ireland, and the UK accused by Russia of spying, has said the video-link format prevented him from being a full-fledged participant in the court hearing.

He said he had trouble understanding the interpreter and was unable to be a full-fledged participant in the hearing.
