MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - It is possible that a document will be coordinated at the Normandy-format summit but it is still unclear whether it would be declarative or binding, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the press on Tuesday.
"We might expect a certain text to be coordinated. It is premature to say what kind of document it could be and whether it will be signed or not, as there are no joint decisions to that effect as of yet," Peskov said.
"Some documents are signed, and some are adopted without signing. As a rule, various kinds of statements, declarations, memoranda, etc. are adopted. Meanwhile, agreements, plans of action, roadmaps, and agreements, i.e., binding documents or documents with binding elements, are usually signed," Peskov said.
He answered affirmatively when asked whether it remained unclear if the document would be declarative or binding.
