MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax) - The only effect of possible deployment of additional U.S. troops to Saudi Arabia will be an escalation of tensions, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov told the press.
"This will achieve nothing but escalate tensions," Bogdanov said.
