NOVO-OGARYOVO. Nov 22 (Interfax) - The global military-political situation has been developing very quickly and largely in an unfavorable direction, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said.
"The global situation, primarily the military-political one, has been very dynamic and to a large extent unfavorable," Patrushev told the press on Friday after a meeting of the Russian Security Council.
"Therefore, we have discussed ways to improve the military structure and, importantly, the president spelled out its development priorities in his opening remarks," Patrushev said.
