BERLIN. Nov 26 (Interfax) - Russia hopes that the next "Normandy-format" summit will strengthen progress in solving the Ukrainian crisis, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko told reporters on Tuesday.
"We are very hopeful that this meeting will make it possible to really register progress on the two main tracks in the Ukraine conflict settlement: improving security on the ground, i.e. disengagement at three agreed-on sites, and the second one, movement on the political track," Grushko told journalists.
The latter means implementing the "Steinmeier formula as the basis for political settlement."
