Kyiv, Donetsk begin discussing special status law - DPR FM

DONETSK. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) has said that they had begun discussing the Donbas special status law with the Ukrainian side at the talks in the political subgroup in Minsk, DPR Foreign Minister Natalya Nikonorova said.

"Today, the group for political matters eventually began discussing amendments, which have to be introduced in the Donbas special status law. At the today's meeting, representatives of both opposing sides exchanged opinions on amending the current Donbas special status law, and the negotiators, in particular, discussed the issues of implementing the Steinmeier formula in this law," Nikonorova told reporters.
