HMEIMIM. Dec 3 (Interfax) - The Russian military is continuing ground and aerial patrols in Syria.
"Russian military police units have continued patrols along the Kobani-Gultepe, Adjami-Bozgekli, and Adjami-Membij routes in the Aleppo province, Ain Isa-Jade Habur in the Raqqa province. Army air forces have conducted an aerial patrol along the Kwaires-Kobani-Metras-Umm Mial-Kwaires route," head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria Maj. Gen. Yury Borenkov said at a press briefing on Monday.
Illegal armed units are still continuing to violate the truce in the Idlib de-escalation area, where 21 such attacks were observed in the past day, he said.
"Militants from illegal armed formations attacked Binyamin and Sabiqiyah in the Aleppo province; Kermel, Ardash Dag, and Nahshebba in the Latakia province; Tell Metwazi and Huayz in the Hama province; Khan Sheikhun, Al-Salihiyah, Tamana, Zaituna, Abu Omar, and Al-Fhail in the Idlib province," Borenkov said.
In the past day, the Russian Center for Reconciliation carried out three humanitarian missions in Al-Qunaya in the Daraa province, Shiran in the Aleppo province, and Harmala in the Raqqa province, distributing 1,275 food kits weighing 7.54 tonnes among local residents, he said.
"The Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides has conducted a total of 2,265 humanitarian missions since the settlement process began. A total of 3,774 tonnes of relief supplies have been delivered," he said.
