PARIS. Dec 10 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that he is ready for dialogue with Donbas residents.
"Of course, I am ready. Moreover, I will tell you more, I always talks with them. I am from south-east [of Ukraine]. A lot [of people], more than three millions, went to us. They are all the same residents of the occupied Donbas for me," Zelensky told journalists in the wake of the Normandy Format summit in Paris.
