MOSCOW. Dec 10 (Interfax) - The Normandy-format summit in Paris has proven that there are no grounds for further anti-Russian sanctions, Russian Ambassador to France Alexei Meshkov told Interfax on Tuesday.
"I cannot speak for the European Union, but there are no reasonable, logical reasons to keep the sanctions in place. The meeting held yesterday, the Normandy-format summit, proved this once again," Meshkov said.
