WASHINGTON. Dec 11 (Interfax) - U.S. President Donald Trump is considering Russian President Vladimir Putin's invitation to visit Moscow next spring, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday.
Putin invited Trump to attend V-Day celebrations in Moscow on May 9, 2020, when they met on the sidelines of the G-20 summit in Tokyo, Lavrov said.
"I reaffirmed the invitation today on the president's orders. President Trump is considering it. Hopefully, if this opportunity presents itself, we will be able to have a full-scale bilateral dialogue," he said.
