MOSCOW. Dec 12 (Interfax) - A fire broke out in the hold of the first engine room of the Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier during hot works; casualty information has not been confirmed as of yet, the Zvezdochka ship maintenance center, which is repairing the ship, said in a statement.
"We confirm that a fire broke out in the hold of the first engine room during hot works. Persons who were doing the works are evacuated," the statement said.
"Firemen are putting out the blaze. As for casualty information, we do not confirm this information, we are still verifying it," the center said.
