Libya truce generally being honored - Russian deputy FM Bogdanov

MOSCOW. Jan 28 (Interfax) - The Libya truce is generally being honored despite some violations, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said on Tuesday.

"To our mind, it is generally being honored. Of course, there are some violations," Bogdanov said in response to Interfax's question.

"The Libyan army is opposed by extremist groups with a rather lax attitude to discipline," he said.

Bogdanov did not say which army he was implying.
