Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Bogdanov, U.S. ambassador discuss Libya, bilateral coordination to overcome Mideast crises

MOSCOW. Jan 28 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov received United States Ambassador John Sullivan in Moscow on Tuesday, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on its website.

"The conversation involved a substantive discussion of the situation in Libya and the prospects of Russian-U.S. coordination in the interest of overcoming the crises in the Middle East and northern Africa," the statement said.
