MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will receive letters of credence from 23 ambassadors of foreign countries on Wednesday, February 5, the Russian presidential press service said.
"The ceremony will take place in the Grand Kremlin Palace's Alexander Hall, in accordance with the tradition," the press service said in a statement.
