MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax) - Turkey has yet to fulfill its obligation to create a demilitarized zone in Idlib, Syria, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"Another reason for such a situation [in Idlib] is that, inside the Idlib [de-escalation] area, the 10-20-kilometer demilitarized strip has still not been created. Something we have also reminded our Turkish partners of," Lavrov said in an interview with the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper.
"We will continue seeking to ensure that all points of the decisions made by the presidents of Russia and Turkey are implemented," he said.
