Report of bomb planted at Stavropol's university campus proven false

STAVROPOL. March 5 (Interfax) - The police have examined the North-Caucasus Federal University campus in Stavropol following a report of a bomb planted there, the threat turned out to be false, the university's information and public relations department told Interfax.

"The police examined everything, nothing dangerous was found," a representative of the university said on Wednesday evening.

It was reported earlier citing the regional branch of the Emergency Situations Ministry that 3,000 people were evacuated from the university building on Pushkin Street following an anonymous bomb threat.
