LUHANSK. March 30 (Interfax) - The first Covid-19 case has been confirmed in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).
"One [coronavirus] case has been recorded in the territory of the republic to date," the Luhansk Information Center quoted head doctor of the Luhansk republican sanitary and epidemiological station Dmitry Dokashenko as saying.
