MOSCOW. April 10 (Interfax) - The capabilities of private-state partnership should be used more actively in the aerospace sector, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"It is necessary to use the capabilities and mechanisms of private-state partnership more actively to achieve the tasks faced by the industry. You know that it is a global practice that makes it possible to quickly and fairly effectively achieve needed results, including create innovative high-tech developments and commercially successful products," Putin said at a meeting on the development of the aerospace industry, a transcript of which was published on the Kremlin website.

The president said he hopes to hear from the meeting participants proposals on the stimulation and development of this area, as well as ideas to draw investment to the industry.
