MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - A hospital ship from Russia's Pacific Fleet has arrived in Vladivostok and is preparing to take patients other than those infected with coronavirus on board, the press service for the Pacific Fleet said.
"The Pacific Fleet's Irtysh hospital ship anchored at the roadstead near Cape Basargin within Vladivostok's marine area on April 13, 2020," the press service said.
"On instructions from Russian Defense Minister Gen. of the Army Sergei Shoigu, the Irtysh will be prepared, if necessary, for the possible hospitalization of non-infected patients, in order to lessen the burden on the Russian Defense Ministry's healthcare institutions in the Primorye territory," it said.
