MOSCOW. June 1 (Interfax) - It is necessary to reduce confrontation between states amid the global spread of the novel coronavirus, head of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Col. Gen. Sergei Rudskoi said.
"Today, when global efforts are focused on countering the spread of the novel coronavirus, it's necessary to reduce confrontation and refrain from aggressive actions and displays of force," Rudskoi said at a press briefing on Monday.
