MOSCOW. June 22 (Interfax) - A plane with the Indian delegation, headed by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, on board has landed in Moscow, the city's Vnukovo Airport said.
"The plane with the Indian defense minister on board has landed at Moscow's Vnukovo-3 airport. Rajnath Singh has arrived in Moscow on a working visit and will attend the parade on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War on the Red Square in which 75 Indian servicemen are to participate," the Vnukovo Airport said in a statement.
The Indian delegation also includes Defense Secretary Ajay Kumar and one high-ranking representative from each of the three branches of the Indian Armed Forces, the statement said.
Prior to his visit to Moscow, Singh posted on his Twitter on Monday that his three-day visit to Moscow "will give [him] an opportunity to hold talks on ways to further deepen the India-Russia defense and strategic partnership."
