KYIV. June 23 (Interfax) - The district administrative court of Kyiv has received a lawsuit from a civic organization called Conscientious Ukraine against the Ukrainian Health Ministry and Foreign Ministry and the United States Department of Defense in the person of the U.S. Embassy to Ukraine.
The group wants the court to rule on unlawful inaction of the health ministry, the foreign ministry and the embassy for not releasing official statements to either confirm or deny the existence in Ukraine of 15 U.S. military biological laboratories, and compel the defendants to publish such statements, a court spokesperson said.
"The court is currently deciding the matter of opening administrative proceedings," the statement reads.
