MOSCOW. June 30 (Interfax) - The agenda of negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will be flexible; the leaders will meet following the unveiling of a memorial to Soviet Soldiers in Rzhev, the Tver region, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
Putin and Lukashenko will take part in the unveiling ceremony for a memorial commemorating the soldiers who died in the Battles of Rzhev during WWII on Tuesday, after which, they will converse, Peskov said.
"Afterward, they will have a separate bilateral conversation with an open agenda," Peskov told journalists.
