MOSCOW. July 3 (Interfax) - Russia's new charge d'affaires ad interim to Libya, Dzhamshed Boltayev, has said he is determined to establish a diplomatic dialogue with all political forces which exist in the country.
"I will undertake all necessary actions in Tripoli, Tobruk, and Benghazi to establish normal diplomatic ties with representatives of all political forces in Libya," Boltayev told Interfax on Friday.
