MOSCOW. July 15 (Interfax) - Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of Abu Dhabi has called Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin press service said on Wednesday.

"Both parties highly praised the cooperation between Russia and the United Arab Emirates in opposing the coronavirus infection. Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan thanked the Russian president for delivering a large shipment of Russian test systems to the UAE. The parties voiced their mutual determination to continue interaction, including in developing and manufacturing a vaccine," the press service said.

The Russian president and the Abu Dhabi crown prince "discussed relevant aspects of the continued development of the Russian-Emirati strategic partnership, including the implementation of the agreements reached during the Russian president's state visit to the UAE in October 2019," it said.

"While exchanging opinions on the situation in Libya, they mentioned the importance of resuming intra-Libyan dialogue and consolidating international efforts toward a political-diplomatic settlement of the crisis in Libya," the press service said.
