MINSK. Aug 11 (Interfax) - The Belarusian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case over the blocking of traffic in the Frunzensky district of Minsk on Monday evening.
"The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus has opened a criminal case [under Part 1, Article 310 of the Criminal Code] in connection with the intentional blocking of traffic in the Frunzensky district of the capital last night," the statement published on the agency website said.
