ROSTOV-ON-DON. Aug 26 (Interfax) - Guests of the Army 2020 international military forum held by the Southern Military District in Armenia will be invited to see up to 50 pieces of modern and historical hardware, the district press service said.
"The organizers have deployed modern armored vehicles on exhibition venues of the forum in the Gyumri military garrison. Apart from hardware of combined-arms forces, there are weapons and hardware of various branches, such as S-300 air defense missile systems, Buk and ZSU-23-4-Shilka air defense systems, artillery weapons and missile launchers, among them Grad, 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery systems, and other equipment," the press service said.
The forum will also present samples of small arms, military hardware and weapons dating back to the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and the post-war Soviet army, it said.
