LUHANSK. Sept 2 (Interfax) - A meeting among the participants in the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on settling the conflict in Donbas has begun in a video conference format, Rodion Miroshnik, a representative of the self-proclaimed Luhask People's Republic to the TCG political subgroup, said.
"The contact group meeting has begun in a videoconference format," Miroshnik told Interfax on Wednesday.
The first issue to be addressed by the TCG participants will be security in Donbas, he said.
