MINSK. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has replaced heads of the Belarusian Security Council and the State Security Committee, Andrei Ravkov and Valery Vakulchik, the First Man's Pool Telegram channel close to the presidential press service reported.
The Telegram channel and the state-run news agency BelTA announced pending reshuffle in the Belarusian administration earlier on Thursday.
