MOSCOW. Oct 8 (Interfax) - Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov has called for prevention of infiltration into the Karabakh conflict zone of militants from terrorist organizations.
"The priority now is to defend people and secure their right to a good, safe and peaceful life, including by stopping any attempts of infiltration into the territory of the conflict of mercenaries and terrorists, of persons who profit from illegal weapons turnover and finance terrorist attacks," Krasnov said at a meeting of the Coordination Council of the Prosecutors General of the CIS countries on Thursday.
"The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has to be settled solely within the framework of international law and under the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council," he said.
