MOSCOW. Oct 8 (Interfax) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) believes that Turkey will not intervene directly in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas said.
"I still believe that it won't come to that," Zas told reporters in reply to the relevant question.
"Any interference in this process by third parties is destructive," he said.
CSTO is taking a balanced stance on the Karabakh conflict and is expecting the same from Turkey, he said.
"We're fully supportive of the work being conducted by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair [Russia] and believe that other countries, including Turkey, should adhere to this," Zas said.
