MOSCOW. Oct 9 (Interfax) - Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will arrive in Moscow on Friday, advisor at the Armenian embassy to Russia Eduard Jambazyan told Interfax.
"I can confirm that our minister will arrive," Jambazyan said, at the same time declining to comment on a possible bilateral meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers during the visit.
