BISHKEK. Oct 9 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sooronbai Jeenbekov stays in control of law enforcement agencies and is trying to regain power, yet the political crisis should be resolved peacefully, former Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev said at a rally in Bishkek on Friday.
