MOSCOW. Oct 9 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin is so far not planning to meet with the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, who are to come to Moscow for consultations on Nagorno-Karabakh and should begin negotiations at 3:00 p.m. Moscow Time, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
