BISHKEK. Oct 12 (Interfax) - The approval of Sadyr Japarov as Kyrgyz prime minister by the country's parliament is illegitimate, Deputy Speaker of the Kyrgyz parliament Aida Kasymaliyeva said on Sunday.
"The assembly of deputies which took place on October 10 cannot be officially recognized as a parliamentary meeting because of the lack of the quorum of the number of attending deputies required by the Constitution and necessary conditions to hold it. Therefore, all of the allegedly adopted decisions are legally illegal and illegitimate," Kasymaliyeva wrote on her official page on the social network.
